Technical Issues/Integration

If the PreQuo modal is saying that it cannot produce a quote for the client details provided, this is likely because of the employment information.

The occupation must be from the selection list (when you start to type in the field, available options will appear). Also, a quote is not producible if one of the applicants is unemployed or a houseperson.

Other reasons could include the applicant’s ages, the loan term, or the loan amount.

OMS has an Introduction Type field for recording the way that the client was introduced to your brokerage.

The meaning of each option is below:

  • Direct – The client has come to you directly and your brokerage if providing the advice.
  • RDI – Refer Direct Introducer (RDI) is when the client has been introduced to you from an external source (e.g. a partnering Estate Agency) and your brokerage is providing the advice to the customer directly.
  • Broker – This option is for when you are packaging a case for another brokerage. The introducing brokerage is providing the customer the advice.
  • Network Member – This is for networks to record their appointed representative acting on the case.
