Refer a Friend

1. Introduction

The Refer a Friend Scheme (“Scheme”) allows eligible individuals to refer companies to One Mortgage System and receive a £100 voucher as a reward, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By participating in this Scheme, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The referrer must be a legal resident of the UK and at least 18 years of age.
2.2. The referred company must be a new client of One Mortgage System and must not have been a client previously.
2.3. The referrer must provide accurate contact details for both themselves and the referred company.

3. Referral Reward

3.1. A £100 voucher will be issued to the referrer  if the referred company successfully signs a contract with One Mortgage System and when they have paid their first months invoice.

3.2. Vouchers will be paid on the 1st day of the month following the signing of the contract. For example, if the contract is signed on the 13th of September, the voucher will be issued on the 1st of November.
3.3. Vouchers will be sent via email to the referrer’s registered email address.
3.4. A list of companies from which the voucher can be redeemed will be provided, and the referrer must select their preferred voucher.

4. Referral Limitations

4.1. There is no limit to the number of companies a referrer can refer.
4.2. The referrer will receive one voucher per referred company, regardless of the number of users within the referred company that sign up for services.
4.3. If a referred company does not sign a contract, the referrer will not be eligible for a voucher.
4.4. Only the referrer who originally referred the company is eligible for the reward; it cannot be transferred or shared with others.

4.5. The Refer a Friend Scheme officially starts on 25th April 2025. Any referrals made before this date will not be eligible for a voucher. This is to ensure fairness and clarity, and to avoid backdated claims.

5. General Terms

5.1. One Mortgage System reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all referrals and to withhold any reward if the referral does not meet the conditions outlined.
5.2. Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

6. Fraud and Misuse

6.1. Any misuse of the Scheme or fraudulent behavior will result in immediate disqualification from the Scheme, and any rewards earned under such circumstances will be withheld or reclaimed.
6.2. The referrer must act in good faith and not engage in any practices that could bring One Mortgage System into disrepute.

7. Data Protection

7.1. By participating in the Scheme, you agree that One Mortgage System may collect and use your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
7.2. Personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering the Scheme and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Liability

8.1. One Mortgage System will not be responsible for any losses incurred by participants as a result of participation in the Scheme, except where such loss is a direct result of One Mortgage Systems negligence or breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
